THREE SERBS MURDERED IN CERNICA

Pristina, May 29 (Tanjug) - Three Serbs, including a four-year-old boy, were killed last night in an attack of ethnic Albanian terrorists on a group of citizens of village of Cernica in municipality of Gnjilane.
Tihomir Trifunovic (43), Vojin Vasic (57) and Milos Petrovic (4) were killed last night around 8p.m., when ethnic Albanian terrorist Afrim Zechiri opened automatic weapon fire on a group of gathered Serbs, in the Serbian part of that village, Amateur radio operators reported from Kosovo and Metohija.
In the attack were seriously wounded Petko Jankovic (35), who has four pierced wounds in the stomach, sides and legs, while Zoran Stolic is slightly injured.
The wounded were immediately transferred to the U.S. military base Bondsteel near the village of Sojevo and their wounds are not life-threatening.
THREE SERBS KILLED

Albanian Afrim Zeciri has opened fire at group of Serbs in Serbian part of village of Cernica, on Sunday, and killed Vojin Vasic (57), Tihomir Trifunovic (43) and four years old Milos Petrovic, and wounded Petko Jankovic (35) and Zoran Stolic, reported to BETA agency by radio-amateurs.

Beggining of trial to Slobodan Joksimovic (52) from village of Radevo in municipal Lipljan, will start tomorrow in regional court in Pristina, learnt BETA agency from sources close to civil mission of UN in Kosovo.
After consideration of details of Macedonian plan for entry the NATO, Alliance will most probably discharge some units of army of Republic of Macedonia (ARM), becuase in this moment huge number of unites are not functiona, or lacking technical instruments, reports Skopje's daily "Dnevnik".
UNMIK chief Bernar Kouschner has called upon Belgrade to allow Serbs who fled Kosovo to register and take part at local elections scheduled for October, and estimated that forthcoming elections will be "crucial for coexistence of Albanians and Serbs in Province after the war", reported by agencies.
Around 2000 thousand Serbs, protested yesterday in the center of Kosovska Mitroivca beacuse of the murder of Vojin Vasica (57), Tihomir Trifunovic (43) and four-year-old Milos Petrovic from Cernica village.
Since June last year, until April of this year, 100 people have been killed and 387 people injured by mines in Kosovo.
MURDERER OF THE SERBS IN CERNICA ARRESTED

Pristina - UNMIK and KFOR informed yesterday that international police had arrested the evening before yesterday an Albanian suspected to have killed three Serbs in the village of Cernica near Gnjilane.
In Serbian part of the village of Cernica one person opened fire on the group of Serbs standing in front of a shop. Three Serbs were killed in this attack: Milos Petrovic /4/, his uncle Vojin Vasic /57/ and Tihomir Trifunovic /43/.
Petko Jankovic /35/ and Zoran Stolic were seriously injured and are in American military hospital in "Bondsteel" Camp. Their health condition is stable.
According to radio amateurs, the name of the Albanian that killed three Serbs is Afrim Zeciri "well known local terrorist" who earlier boasted to have already killed two Serbs from Cernica. After the murder Zeciri disappeared. According to radio amateurs KFOR soldiers watched the situation in confusion, trying to clam down revolted Serbs.
According to Susan Manuel, UN administrator Bernard Kouchner was revolted at "cold blooded murder that cannot result in any good, especially when murder of a child is concerned". "That stupid act only inflicts extremism. The crime will be punished", Kouchner said according to Manual.
"Attacks on Serbs and Serbian villages have been increased. It sounds as a poor excuse, but it is impossible to have a policeman standing by each Serb. Nevertheless, we should do more to provide presence of KFOR and UNMIK in the Serbian villages", Susan Manuel obviously upset said, for "Blic" daily.
"Ethnic and criminal violence is bad, but when children are victims, then such situation is horrifying", KFOR commander General Ortuno said.
ALBANIANS ATTEMPTED TO CAUSE AN INCIDENT

Lipljan, May 28 - More than 500 enraged Albanians attempted today to cause a large incident by trying to break through the KFOR control point at the entrance of Dobrotin village.
Albanians, as radio amateurs reported, from Oklap, Babus and Slovinja village tried to break through the KFOR control point at the entrance of Dobrotin village, between 1:30 and 2 PM. KFOR soldiers prevented them from approaching Dobrotin so that there would be no serious clashes between Albanians and Serbs who lived in that village.
KFOR Commander in chief told the Serbs not to exit the village if there was nothing urgent, and not to perform land cultivation, all that for sake of their personal security.
ALBANIAN TERRORISTS BURN DOWN A SERBIAN HOUSE

Pristina, May 28 - In Gornja Brnjica village near Pristina, Albanian extremists set on fire the house of Boban Bojkovic. The house was burnt to the ground, but fortunately, the owner has been in central Serbia for quite a long time, therefore there were no victims, radio amateurs reported.
The inhabitants of Gornja Brnjica were not able to call for help in putting the fire down, because telephone connections of Serbs from that village have been disconnected for a long time according to "merits" of the employees in Pristina post office.
Serbs from Gornja Brnjica have asked authorities in Pristina for explanation concerning the disconnection, and they were promised that they would be connected soon, but it all ended on words.
NEW ATTACK IN OBILIC

Obilic, May 28 - Albanian extremists again performed a bombing attack in Obilic today at 2:15 PM. They threw two bombs on the house of Vukomir Milutinovic, which caused considerable material damage, but there were no victims.
As radio amateurs from Obilic reported, Albanian attackers had thrown bombs over the fence into the front yard and ran away from the crime scene, so that their identity is not known.
ATTACK IN CRKVENE VODICE

Radio-amateurs reported that Albanian terrorists have fired two nights ago at the house of a Serb, Stojan Stankovic, in the village of Crkvene Vodice near Obilic. UNMIK and KFOR concluded after investigation that attackers have fired 18 bullets. Local Serbs asked KFOR for better protection of Serbs, especially during the night and new KFOR check-points at the entrance, center and exit of Crkvene Vodice village. (*)

ALBANIAN PURPOSEFULLY KNOCKED DOWN A SERB BY CAR

Obilic, May 28 - Serb Miodrag Tomic (60) was severely hurt yesterday, when an Albanian purposefully ran into two Serbian pedestrians, Kosmet radio amateurs reported this evening.
According to witness` reports, the incident, which would appear to be a traffic accident, was actually a murder attempt.
Driver of the car, Albanian, who was going to Vucitrn, after noticing the two Serbs, who were going from Babin Most village in Obilic district to their village Grace in Vucitrn district, purposefully turned his car towards these two pedestrians and knocked Miodrag down.
After the incident, the driver continued his way to Vucitrn, leaving the severely hurt pedestrian and proving that the Albanian extremists were trying to harm Serbs at any occasion.
KFOR patrol transported the wounded and unconscious Miodrag Tomic to Pristina hospital, where doctors confirmed his right leg bone was broken, his head inured, he had brain concussion and he was in serious coma condition.
ATTACKS ON RUSSIAN PEACEKEEPERS - PLANNED ACTION

Moscow, May 28 - More frequent attacks of Albanian extremists on Russian peacekeepers are the result of planned action, whose aim is to expel the Russian contingent from Kosmet, said today depute of president of the Committee of Russian Duma for defense, Nikolai Bezborodov.
General Bezborodov is a member of the delegation of Russian members of the Parliament, who visited Kosovo-Metohija region. According to his assessment, it is most probable that implementing of UN Security Council Resolution 1244 "reached the critical point where future presence of the Russian contingent in Kosmet starts to bother some people".
"Western politicians proceed from the fact that US and NATO have already reached their goal, and that there was only a small number of Serbs left in this province. However, Russian peacekeepers present a factor of stability for the entire region and therefore one should not be taken in by the provocations and expel the Russian army contingent", stressed general Bezborodov in his report to ITAR-TASS agency, the report being broadcast by Moscow electronic media.
JAILED SERBS READY TO START HUNGER STRIKE AGAIN

President of the Executive Council of the Serb National Forum of Kosovska Mitrovica, who visited jailed Serbs in Mitrovica prison, stressed in letter to Kouchner that "Serbs are ready to start hunger strike because their demands are not fulfilled". (*)
CHAOS AND LAWLESS CONDITIONS IN KOSMET

Jagodina, May 28 - President of the executive board of Serbian National Assembly and head of the Kosovo district, Veljko Odalovic, assessed that "there were chaos, lawless and criminal conditions in Kosovo-Metohija region".
Being a guest of a show at TV station "Palma Plus" from Jagodina, Odalovic pointed out that "out of 500 000 inhabitants in Pristina at this moment, 400 000 of them have never lived neither at that town, nor in our country".
"Four cars out of five are stolen, and as rule, people drive the cars without registration", Odalovic said and stressed that "nobody prevents arms smuggling and drugs trade, and after robbing and murdering Serbs, Romanies, Montenegrins, Turks…there came the time for doing the same things to ethnic Albanians, who ask UNMIK and KFOR for protection from their compatriots".
ILLEGALLY OPENED CONSULS IN PRISTINA

Pristina, May 29 - Governments of foreign countries opened secretly consuls in Pristina, by what they directly violated, for many times, Resolution 1244 and regulations from diplomatic relations of sovereign state of FR of Yugoslavia. Among them are countries with which FR of Yugoslavia broke off diplomatic relations, because of their involvement in last year NATO's aggression.
Opening of those illegal diplomatic missions is in the aim of recent opening of Pristina airport where civil traffic is underway and where there is no Serbian and Yugoslav customs officials of FR of Yugoslavia, which is directly violation of Serbia and FR of Yugoslavia's sovereignty. Those "consuls" in Pristina opened Italia, Swiss, Germany and some other European countries.
